We begin our process by establishing the need for a solution. What is the basic need? What is the desired outcome? What are the “Must Haves”? We identify defect or impact severity and determine key risks across all stakeholders.

Solution & Benefit
Some problems have several solutions. It’s important to work a process that helps narrow the selection down to a solution that delivers all the “Must Haves”. At this stage, we determine desired benefits for all beneficiaries.
Step 3
Inspect & Adapt
At this stage, we demonstrate and evaluate the current state of the solution and reflect on any improvements identified. Transparent changes are made to the product, plan, team, or process with stakeholder input at the core.
