Problem/Impact - Solution/Benefit - Inspect/Adapt

It's How We Engage with Our People, Partners, and Defense Customers

Step 1

Define The Right Problem
and Identify Key Impacts

We begin our process by establishing the need for a solution. What is the basic need? What is the desired outcome? What are the “Must Haves”?  We work to identify defect or impact severity and determine who stands to benefit and to identify the right definition for success. We also identify key risks across all stakeholders.

Step 2

Select The Right Solution
and Determine Key Benefits

Some problems have several solutions. It’s important to work a process that helps narrow the selection down to a solution that delivers all the “Must Haves” as we determine desired benefits for all beneficiaries.  We also determine how each benefit will be measured.

Step 3

Inspect
and Adapt

Our Inspect & Adapt step consists of a PI System Demo, Quantitative and qualitative measurement, followed by a retrospective and problem-solving.

We Support Our Prime Partners

Recruitment. Retention. Readiness…When It Matters Most

If you need to develop, prototype, or field an efficient and cost effective, advanced weapon system, you’ve come to the right place. CFI is a small, veteran owned company that specializes of software solutions for advanced weapon systems.

As a company, we make a great team. As a partner, we make an even greater teammate.

For over twenty years, we have successfully partnered with prime contractors to integrate technology and advanced software solutions into new and existing weapon systems. Our prosperity is due to an ability to attract and retain highly skilled software engineers, with required security clearance and defense program experience.
